How an OISA movement is made

OISA produces movements in-house – designed, developed and built with several unique technical features.

Production details

Stop lever

Allows instantaneous stopping of the balance wheel for extremely precise time setting.

Optimised going train

The going train has been divided and made independent in order to minimise interference

Cannon pinion-free system

A wheel with two-level toothing replaces the traditional cannon pinion, improving efficiency and long-term durability

Balance wheel adjustment

Adjustment is carried out by means of small masses pivoted on the spokes of the balance wheel.

Anti-loosening screws

Stainless steel screws with the lower part of the head sandblasted to prevent accidental loosening
